Feat: Add comment pagination to the audit log

Adds simple page and pageSize support so the audit log does not fetch every comment at once.

Scenario Goal & Context

Goal: Calculate the SQL offset from page and pageSize, then fetch only the requested slice.

Background: Audit threads now have hundreds of comments and the team wants a paginated endpoint.
