Fix: Return 404 when an account is missing

Small controller cleanup so the account endpoint behaves correctly when the requested record does not exist.

Goal: Load the account and return a meaningful HTTP response for both the found and missing cases.

Background: Support asked for clearer behavior when operators open an account URL that points at a deleted record.
